Welcome to my study group event page. This study group is a safe space to practice your Upledger craniosacral therapy techniques and to ask questions. A typical format includes: check-in, centering exercise, review of a technique, and practice on self/each other. This group is geared toward practitioners at any stage of their practice. As an Upledger certified study group leader I am dedicated to staying current with craniosacral therapy techniques as they are taught through the Upledger Institute. Topic: Cell Talk
We will review the anatomy of a cell and how Dr. Upledger approached working at a cellular level, as always, we will practice on each other. 6-person limit. Masks required. I will bring hand sanitizer.
