Welcome to my study group event page. This study group is a safe space to practice your Upledger craniosacral therapy techniques and to ask questions. A typical format includes: check-in, centering exercise, review of a technique, and practice on self/each other. This group is geared toward practitioners at any stage of their practice. As an Upledger certified study group leader I am dedicated to staying current with craniosacral therapy techniques as they are taught through the Upledger Institute. Topic: Multiple Hands CST

I am planning for us to spend the check in/check out portion of the group reflecting on the last year and setting an intention for 2022. If you would like a prompt, this week set aside a few minutes to think about how things are going with your craniosacral therapy practice. What went really well for you this year? What are you enjoying? And where would you like to see a change? What supports you in your practice? How can you get more of that?

Our topic on Monday is Multiple hands therapy—how to be highly effective when working as a team. I will talk about working with other therapists, how multiple hands is typically structured in Upledger classes and what things to consider depending on the role you are in. Brief talk and lots of hands on, because we all love to learn that way! Since I have switched this to VIRTUAL, we will not be able to practice our multiple hands therapy, but we will definitely do some self care!
